No. CxC only records when a recording is manually started by the technician. Once the recording is stopped the audio and transcript of the call will be stored in the cloud and used to provide real-time recommendations, custom price book information, financing options, and more.
There is no minimum number of users. Depending on the size of your business we will work to ensure you’re fully covered and can scale as you need. (And you should be ready to scale.)
